My mom think I should practice a sport so I do more exercise.

I recommend tennis. You do not need strong arms, lightning speed. You learn awareness and body control, and a fun game. As much as its fun it exhausting. You can lose some serious lbs if you put done effort into it.
This will give you experience as an athlete and then you can expand with other sports.
I don't know a lot about aspergers since I've never even heard the term! But from what I've read, I think you should do badminton or cross country. I dunno. Just a suggestion. Do something you love. (:
I'd avoid team sports. Us Aspies don't do well at those. Rowing will help your upper body strength. I was into running and cross country skiing at your age.
Any sport that you enjoy participating in, and interested in learning about. Just note that most people diganosed with aspergers don't do well in team sports.
