Hi there yes you can if you keep training and maybe join a local team eg i am Shane McBurney from Aus and u am hopping to get to the Olympics for discus so if I can do it you can there is no limit till you get up near Rio good luck in Rio
Cardio plays a big role in a sport such as curling and that is a decent time compared to Olympic curlers but you have to put in the time and effort. You also need to find a club to get started.
Hey don't worry watch this

i want to enter the olympics for the 5k run, i know i need A LOT of training as so far my fastest time is about 26 minutes (uhoh) but im short female (5,2) 15 years old and unlikely to grow anymore and i feel like i physically can't sprint and it's been like that my whole life. So is there even a point for trying? please me honest because i don't want to spend half my life trying to train for a olympic but never actually getting fast enough.
