However - The best advice I can give is to go jogging to drop a few pounds (not running ! :) )
It would not be that vigorous as long as you keep a constant pace !
A few more advice - please NEVER go on diets,Regular exercise and eating healthily and regularly will be enough to shed at least a pound.

swimming is a fantastic way to lose weight, and does not put strain on the joints in the same way as jogging would, as your body is supported by the water. once you have raised your fitness level, consider aerobics/step classes and then..... ZUMBA!!!
