My hand hurts; should I go to MMA tonight?

Whoa! Stitches?

Healed or, not I would give it more time. But I am not a doctor, nor do I know you, your body, or your limits.

You do what you think is right, but I would skip any training for a while. At least 2 to 3 weeks, perhaps more. Also talk to your doctor.

No. Sit on the couch and play video games.

Oh wait, better yet, get advice from strangers who aren't qualified to judge your situation and give you good advice.

So nice trolling.

Now in the event that this isn't troll bait, Don't you think getting cleared from your Dr. would be the smart thing to do!

Of course, I'm 99.999% sure you're trolling as the Nintendo comment was a tip off!

Depends on what your instructor is like. If you think he/she is likely to sympathize with you and let you slack a bit in order to not worsen your injury, you could probably go if you want to. I wouldn't tell them that you hurt your hand playing Nintendo, though.

Not really son.

I went to my first MMA class a couple of weeks ago, and I LOVED it. However, the next day I had to get stitches (unrelated incident) and I haven't been back to class even though I really want to go.

Now, I am all healed up from my stitches, but my thumb joint hurts from playing nintendo too hard.

Is it okay to still go to class, or should I wait until my hand feels better?
