Visits to the park have been ticket-only thus far, even if you're not going into one of the venues. It's been necessary to go through all the airport-style security too.
We've still got the Paralympics to go yet, so I'm guessing that this system will still be in place until after that's over. I suggest you take a look online for tickets. I've been there, and it's well worth a look!
get some to tickets for paralympics like me once the paralympic ends it closes til July 2013 and even then only part will be open and it will look alot different and the full park opens in 2014

No. If you get a ticket for the Paralympics you can, but once that ends, the park will remain closed to the public until it reopens next July.
