so far i have noticed car parks being constructed 10 miles outside weymouth at another icon of disaster Poundbury. there is what looks like an olympic village which ahas been constructed on the island of portland in a position which will make access to portland impossible due to it's location next to the main arterial route on and off the island.

It's not the games themself which bothers me but all the surrounding hype I can't stand. Look out for statements from 'advisers' such as "he missed out because he/she had an exrta boiled egg for breakfast". Time to turn the TV off for a few weeks!
