Okay, relax. First things first. You want to lose weight so you must do this sensibly. There are products that make it easier but it comes down to eating right and exercising. But it is not that simple. You cannot just go from couch to marathon, you must literally walk before you run. Start walking everyday for 1 mile then build up as your body ALLOWS you to. This requires a lot more water intake and nutritional intake. You can start participating in whatever sport you so chose so that you can see what is taking place and learn and it adds to your exercise. This is going to be a slow process so do not get discouraged. If you find yourself doing great and find it enjoyable then you may go a bit faster and that is fine. If you can go see your doctor for a better guide as they can tell you a bit better what to eat and how much to exercise since they know your health issues and condition. I do not know your weight or height so it is hard to tell you how much to walk. If you go to a gym feel free to talk to a Personal Trainer as this is part of their duties. Anything that has movement in it that has you breaking a sweat will get you to shedding the weight. Look outside of the box at Yoga, Zumba, and beginner toning and weight lifting class. I am a runner so I choose to run to stay fit but cycling or swimming or jump roping may be your way of exercising to make it fun. Good luck and I wish you the best. And welcome to the world of exercising and fitness.
What R said. Buy a jump rope and just use it every morning. You can do that by yourself, too, so you won't be embarrassed. But remember. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
Go on a diet and play roller hockey or ice hockey it cuts the fat right off
Jumping rope looses u TONS of weight
you may try having just oatmeal for dinner... yup thats sound boring but it will do the job and do an early morning jog how does 4am sounds like... few people will be outside then no one will make fun of you... and stay easy on carbs. good luck
Cut out ALL SATURATED FATS. No ice cream, candy, or other junk foods.
