usually, when i am nervous before a game, i close my eyes, take a few deep breaths and say a little prayer. most the time i win when i play a match. All the best with your figure skating. Do well. Trust in yourself. be confident. :)
You need to control your nerves, not the symptoms of nervousness, cause that would be almost impossible.. Not sure how, in always nervous when competing infringement of a crowd..
