That will depend on your school. I will say, at the school where I coach, things that happened in middle school can't be counted against you when you move up to high school. It's a clean slate. If your school is like that, I'd take that chance at a clean slate seriously. But basically it'll depend on your school.
That sounds very much like the kind of policy that would be different from school to school.
That is, at some schools, you can, at others you cannot. There is no way of knowing without knowing what school you are going to.
