Eat less & Exercise simple as that!
Ok I looked up your body mass index, because that doesn't sound fat to me at all. You're on the boundary of being normal and underweight. Your weight is fine as is. It might actually be unhealthy to lose more weight. Since a BMI is general, have to take it with a grain of salt.
You could always lose weight in a healthy way as well. You don't mention any exercise. Girls that are in shape are a big turn on for guys, I should know. So you could lose some weight and get a toned body at the same time. Heck you could probably even eat more, to compensate for all the extra energy you'll need for the exercise.
