Football, Cross Country
Tennis you could play on the wall. Basketball you could play by yourself at the park. Golf is a one person game if you want. 14 is young try out for any sport you will be amazing by your senior year
Best place to start would be a church team. No requirements to join just do a little bit of research about what sport your going into, so your not going in completely blind.
Try a golf team. But there are steps you should do first. Go to a driving range and hit a couple of buckets of balls several days a week. You could get an individual lesson for this. Try putting practice too...maybe at a miniature golf place or create in your back yard a hole/putting green. Take a few lessons from a relative, friend, neighbor or golf pro at the course. Practice, practice, practice. Some of the reasons I suggested golf are that you get exercise as you walk the course from hole to hole, and good skills in eye and hand coordination, camaraderie, and it's fun. Golf is a sport that you can have your whole life and it will be great in your life when you are older to make friends and business contacts. You may want to watch golf matches or golf lessons on line or on TV.
