Im not that athletic but im training so i can play a sport next year. Im taking tumbling right now. I really enjoy it. I did swim team last year and hated it. My friend's doing soccer which sounds super fun, but ive always wanted to do cheerleading or volleyball. Lacrosse sounds fun. And i love dance. Iceskating i'd be bad at but id learn.
You should definitely watch videos of the different sports and try them out at home or at school to see which one you like the most. Also check to see if budget would be an issue as some sports can be more expensive than others. Just see which sport you like and connect with the most, because if you aren't passionate about it, then you won't want to go to practices and games/competitions. Good Luck! :)
If you want to become better at running, a better athlete then you should choose something like soccer, and if you want to be flexible and good at tumbling then you should pick cheerleading and/ or gymnastics
If you enjoy tumbling and have wanted to do cheer you should watch some videos of cheerleaders and see if you would like that.
You definitely need to do what you feel will be fun for you but also a sport where you can contribute to the team ! I am all about sports and while I know it's not all about winning i do know its not about wasting your time or the coaches or your teammates time either! Ya know? But over all you should do what will make you happy!
firstble u have to have informations about every sport and u have to choose one of them which u feel confortable and fun :)
