How to be really flexiabel??? xxx?

So I'm in high school and everyone in my year is really flexible and I'm not, I can only just touch my toes and it hurts and can barely do a forwards roll! I would love to be more flexible and maybe do handstands and flips, nothing to big as I am very unflexiable and its probly impossible for me to be very flexible!!! Please please help?!

You have to stretch every day, you'll start out really bad (trust me) but IF you keep at it, you'll see improvements in no time.

Also, Yoga is really healthy and helps with flexibility. try picking up a DVD or googling different yoga programs like DDP/YRG. There's a lot so you'll have to find one that suits you and that you can make your own.

Stretch every part of your body! Even if it hurts it will work don't push too hard though! Each stretch should only be 20 seconds!
