You have to stretch every day, you'll start out really bad (trust me) but IF you keep at it, you'll see improvements in no time.
Also, Yoga is really healthy and helps with flexibility. try picking up a DVD or googling different yoga programs like DDP/YRG. There's a lot so you'll have to find one that suits you and that you can make your own.

Stretch every part of your body! Even if it hurts it will work don't push too hard though! Each stretch should only be 20 seconds!
