How to avoid P.E?

Friday was my second day of school, and gym class is terrible, were gonna be doing football,basketball,soccer,field hockey, rock climbing, archery, wiffle ball, and any other sport, I am TERRIBLE when it comes to sports, I'm not that bad at basketball, but still, I'm terrible at sports and I always embarrass myself when it comes to then! I lack of self-confidence and the bad thing is, my crush who I like, and he likes me, are in the same gym class! I always try to find a way to skip gym class! I over think it but I can't stop! I always get so so sooo nervous when it's gym class! My hands start to sweat, my stomach starts to hurt! I always get so nervous and I hate it! And I can't always skip every gym class! There's only so many ways to skip, I just would actually like school if they would separate the boys from the girls at gym! Because then I wouldn't be embarrassed, I don't know what to do and I'm so nervous I hate it! Please help me! ????

Well there's not really any way around it. School is awkward. If you're bad at sports that's fine, don't get embarrassed over it. Sports simply isn't a part of your personality. Not everyone is good at activities, you should just try your hardest since skipping every day isn't an option (its not very cool anyways). Just try to enjoy it, as much as that may seem impossible now. Plus it gives opportunities to get to know your crush!

Gym is actually super fun! I'm pretty sure you're not the only one feeling this anxiety. I was self conscious at first as well. Just forget the rest and focus on what you're doing. I'm sure not everyone in your class is an all-star either. Just try to have fun and get into the games. Once that's established, the confidence will build on its own. You'll do great. Just please don't skip any more classes! It's only going to hurt your self-esteem and academics in the long run.

Don't avoid P.E, you are never marked on your ability. Rather you are marked on how you improve, one day you can do 1 pushup, and now you can do 20 etc.
