You must play more aggressively, when the opponent has the ball always go for the steal, never just kick it out of their possession and act like you did anything useful. Act fast and be quick on your feet, do not be afraid of the ball hitting you. Communicate out loud with your teammates and make good passes. Play less on the defensive and go more into the offensive, "a good offense is a good defense." Try for goals when you see the chance, take risks. In some way play more using instinct, don't bother with cool-show-offy tricks as that is what tends to get the ball taken from you. Also do not be the player that watches when the ball is elsewhere, on the field you should be all over placing yourself next to teammates so that they can pass to you whenever. You must think and react fast, especially when you have the ball

eat a lot of vegetables and drink plenty of water
Keep practicing. Discipline yourself. Be patient. Remember, nothing is perfect. Do your passion.
