In order for sex to be as pleasurable as possible, their genitals need to have lots of sensory neurons. This means they are not only very sensitive to pleasure, but pain also.
In short, it's because girls' genitals have many nerve cells near them.
It hurts because it is a fragile body part and she might have hurt her ovaries or something else. it may not hurt as much as it hurts men. but yess it does hurt

Ok, I don't know what make It hurt for women.. but today I see the martial art tournament and there's a girl get'in kick between her legs. she want delivered high kick to her opponent but unfortunately, her opponent accidently kick her in the crotch.. she's go down like a brick, crying, and can't continue the match.. I think it really, really, really hurt for her coz medical team need to help her to take out from the field... the women beside me talk each other that probably she is not wearing a protector.. But I have no idea, she's not a virgin (coz her husband and children also watch the tournament) since I think getting hit between the legs will become painful for a girl because the the virginity was broken... So ladies, what make it hurt you when getting kick or hit in the crotch?
