How do you guys feel about Freddie's Modern Kung Fu?

Considering 'Kung Fu' means skill and skill in anything that you learned, music, dance, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, I guess it is Kung Fu in whatever the skill he thinks he is doing. I guess it looks cool like a dance and if that is what he wanted I'd say he has accomplished that.

Why is this in the martial arts section? Maybe the art and culture would be more appropriate for this kind of thing.

His videos are in response to his dying fake martial art style and the fact he has a tiny penis. He has literally made dozens of videos bashing Brazilian jiu jitsu. I'm sure people who sold horse and buggies back in 1912 bashed the automobile too. Pool little fellow.

My Honest opinion he needs some counseling to seek balance in his life. I heard of his Rants and it can be because his career as a Police Officer didn't workout. He was a Police Officer at Northwestern in Evanston, IL for 5 Years, and he was Terminated because the Department says he isn't mentally fit for the job. He did Sue for Unlawful Termination and he Loss. He says the Evanston Police still Harass him because of that previous employment

I listened to the 2 Recent Radio Interviews where he spoke on Racism on NY Radio Show and the MMA on Mixed Martial Arts Internet Show and he has some Substance. I don't know what is the reason why he puts up 10-20 Videos a Day but he gained a little Cult Following in the Traditional Martial Arts.

I just don't agree with the Profanity, Homophobic Language, and 30 Min Rant Videos against MMA, the Gracies, and Jiu Jitsu but his Overall Material is a 7.5 out of 10

I have recently discovered this guy on Youtube myself...I think you have to take the bad with the good. He has some very good training philosophies. He's training in a very up to date way. He is healthy, and in good physical condition. In a real world scenario, I think he could be very capable of defending himself. However, I feel that he rants a little too much about MMA. I also think he's just a little full of himself. He posts too many videos. It almost seems as if he dosen't have a job; I know of very few people who make a living only teaching martial arts.

Narcissism comes to mind.

He doesn't just talk smack about BJJ/MMA, but also other traditional arts like Wing Chun. I agree he's quite arrogant and full of negativity for other arts despite trying to portray himself as a zen martial artist. He "invented" his own style, films himself shirtless, films himself working out/lifting heavy weights with horrible form (ego-lifting), and calls himself a "Sifu Freddie Lee". That's all fine and dandy, except when he adopts a highly condescending and vitriol attitude while taking a position of "objectivity".Yet he constantly contradicts himself - portraying himself out to be open-minded, skilled without hard sparring/competing, postulate objectivity, respect and zen-mindfulness. At the end of the day, he's saying what he does is real martial arts and how he's more spiritual/virtuous/better than everyone else.

He's an arogant, ignorant, and very close minded person. He trashes every style and martial artist. He barely has any experience. 2 years of wing chun, 2 years of choy li fut, read a few Bruce Lee books and he thinks he's some kind of master. He has terrible technique and most of it he just makes up. He absolutley hates grappling so he trashes BJJ, MMA, wrestling etc saying that it's gay and real men stand up and fight. In the real world getting attacked by a thug there is no honour or respect so you better have some grappling experience.

Not a fan. Dude's pretentious and bashes everything that's not exactly what he does. For example, I've seen his criticism of MMA, and while there's a lot to legitimately criticize, he falls back on, "If you like MMA, you must be gay, 'cause they're shirtless" argument. You know, the same one that sixth graders make. Then he posts a video of him training shirtless, so... That's just one example. He seems to me like a guy who got told that his opinion was the only one that mattered when he was growing up.

Oh man he's a goose!! he would be better off hiring his act out for kids birthday party's!

he needs to hop off bruce lee's D haha
