How can I stretch my legs at 180 degrees?

I'm 21 years old and I've never been to any sort of training. I've recently decided to do it but I'm not sure if I can do this or even if it is possible? I want to be very flexible

It won't be a thing you can learn in a day. You have to start by stretching to get to that point. A good way to start is to sit on the floor with your legs out in front of you and then spread you legs as far as you can. After you do that lean/stretch forward as far as you can you should feel it stretching. Do a few sets of that holding for about 30 seconds each time, Another thing to do would be lunges, the proper way is to make sure that your knee is in line with your ankle, don't let your knee be farther forward than your ankle. Try to sit yourself as far down into a lunge as you can go. Again do a few sets of these. You can also try doing the actual split and just stretch out as far as you can. After a while of doing this you should see yourself being able to go farther into your stretches and soon you will be able to do what you want. I hope this helps!

Do you mean, can you do a full split? I really suggest you work up to it, taking at least 6 months, perhaps a full year. For example, step 4 on this list might not be possible to do (without strain) for a few weeks. Remember -- if you pull or strain a muscle, you will have to go back a full month.

Best of all would be to have a gymnastics coach.

(You should have started when you were 12 years old, then splits would be *much* easier.)

Well you should start with doing the splits (left, right and front) and gradually start pushing further until you can get down further in your splits. Search up on youtube how to do the splits properly. The splits will help you become more flexible. Also try to do bridges, these will help your back, and shoulder flexibility. Try taking some open gymnastics classes, and that should help. :)
