The thing is I'm to lazy to do them! I really want to be a cheerleader, but I need help with not being lazy. I get tired out a lot while we practiced the last week of school, I want to know how to get through a workout without getting tired out so fast. I also want to lose weight I'm 4'7, 13 years old, 110 pounds. If you can help then thank you!
well im in high school and i do track team, and im in gymnastics. so maybe you could do running to help lose weight and will get you used to doing exorcise. you can also try to do your stretching at home and if you can do flips like a back walkover front handspring bridge back bend and chest stand that could help you with your cheerleading, that's what helped me get through exercises, so i hope this helps you. good luck on cheerleading
i think what you need to remember is that cheerleading IS a sport, and its not all about the short skirts and popularity. it is very hard work and you have to be dedicated. the best thing to do is just do the exercises and you will eventually get used to it and if you want to loose weight DO THE EXERCISE! Bring gatorade to practice it helps, and also remember that if you arent going to practice the chants you wont know them as well as the other girls and you dont want to embarass yourself infront of everyone lol
Try gymnastics i was 98 pounds and now i am 86 pounds and i am also 13 years old
Drink Gatorade, it helps your prformance
