I bought something off from their website about 16 hours ago, and they gave me a confirmation # for my order, but I haven't received an e-mail confirmation. My bank account balance hasn't changed yet but I'm worried they might do something sketchy, idk. I contacted them through the website's Contact Us page, (they don't have a phone #) but haven't gotten back to me.

Any advice/actions I should take?

I order a rail from tht website 2 weeks ago still didn't receive the rail or an email

Did you ever hear anything back from them? I ordered a split rail for my son and they charged my credit card but I haven't heard anything from them. I am trying to file a complaint with the BBB and I can't even find out what state they're located in.

I have had the same problem, I sent two follow-up emails and have received no response - Wanted to get a grind rail for my son's birthday - I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere.
