Gain arm muscle? Girls!?

Posted at: 2015-05-07
I'm a cheerleader and I'm learning how to do a back handspring. Last year I was a base and almost had a bhs but this year I'm a flyer and don't work my arms as much and I keep falling out of my bhs. I'm a girl, 98 lbs, 5'3". Around my stomach is 25in. And my bicip is 8 in. I'm a really skinny girl. And I'm flexible! MY QUESTION IS: what are fun flexible cheerleading upper body exercises?

I don't know about fun cheerleading upper body exercises but the most affective exercises are:

- Push-ups

- Planks

- Tricep dips

- Handstand hold against the wall

- Bicep curls

- Pull ups

- Dips

- ect

Building up your abs will help with the BHS as well:

- Hollow hold, rock, ups

- Vups

- Tuck ins

- Butt ups

- crunches

- arch rock, hold, ups

- ect

Include lots of protein in your diet and make sure to have some protein after a gym session (which should include weights and core work) which restores your torn muscles. Protein shakes are good for this. @ https://tr.im/1WyiQ is really goood and efeective.

Hello,

I recommend this program if you want to gain muscles and shred your body fat: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=552

I'm not a greek god yet but this method is really working for me. Check it out.

Sit ups, push ups

And if you have a younger sibling or any small child around, pick them up(trust me, I do this!! and it actually works!) Good luck
