Heyyy guys I want to get flexible, and Im a girl as well. The nearest Gymnastic Classes are about 45 mins away. How can I get more flexible at home? Thank you :)

Practice makes perfect! You have to be ready to bite down the pain but also know your limits and not pull a muscle. You can ask someone to push you down in your straddle, pike, and butterfly. If you want your splits, my coach likes to hold my hips where they are and lift up my leg to open the angle at the hips. Doing overs-splits also helps (Put one leg on a mat or a stool and split) This also works for straddle and pike. You may also do resistance. Try to push against someone who is trying to push you down in your stretch. After 15 seconds, tell the person to release you, go lower, and repeat the process again. In stretching, gravity is your friend. Try standing on an elevated area and dangle your arms with your legs straight.

Stretching can be fun! Aim for a cool move that needs flexibility (like a back bend) and show your hard work off to your friends. You can also have bridge races with your buds. Just remember to keep safe! If you cannot find time during the day to stretch, multitask. You can be in a position when you pray (if you do that), read, watch TV, and even when you are just standing in line. Just keep stretching and soon, flexibility will be yours.

Stretching is the best way to get flexible! Stretch each day and I gauentee you will be more flexible! Thy these stretches: pike stretch, straddle stretch, butterfly stretch, camel stretch, touching your toes. It takes a little bit of time to get them but just keep trying and you can do it!
