Maybe, they have the technology over there to find ways of cheating and they have a huge track record of doping.
WADA does testing year round and when someone tests positive or fails a test, or even misses a test they are banned for two years, and on a second failure are banned for life.
So, I do not think that anyone on the American swim team dopes, and until someone, and several have, fails a test I do not think they cheat either.
Look I really hope you're kidding most of the athletes work really hard and you're degrading them. Some of them may but really dont think the majority would.
