You can do anything that you set your mind to. Perserverance and Endurance are the key.
I recommend as well as endurance which cycling mainly consists of, but do some interval training to improve speed. Also, playing other sports may be helpful as well.
You must also eat a healthy and balanced diet!
Cheers!
as you become a teenager, your mind goes in another direction. For some, they quit the hard work and move to what makes them the most happy no matter the consequences. If you absolutely LOVE what you do, then stick with it.
Best of luck.
If you become one of the best in the world, then the rest will take care of itself.

Why are you asking us?????
Sorry I deleted the other question and reposted this because I got my facts wrong.
Cyclist - velodrome
I am 14 years old,
I got tested in Germany - my results were 56km ph.
I train 10miles a day,
And yes I go to a velodrome to train.
They said yes I can train a bit more before I go to the next level.
Tricks to get faster? Do you think 10miles is enough or do I need to do more?
I am determined to train even if you guys say yes or no so this won't change anything - I just want some information.
Please do not post short answers such as NO or YES, I am asking a very important question (it is to me anyways).
Thank you
