Your bones stop growing when you stop growing, depends who you are, could be 17 could be 20.
"everybody at my school has a bigger or slightly bigger body frame than me. This prevents me to play sports like rugbY (not rugbe) and football."
Your mind is what prevents you from playing those sports. On any team in any team sport there is always someone who is the smallest. Muggsy Bogues, 5-3, played in the NBA. NFL? Trindon Holliday, 5-5, Darren Sproles, 5-6. Rugby? Shane Williams, 5-7, Jason Robinson, 5-8.
If you're a boy, boy's keep growing sometimes into their twenties! So don't worry you have plenty of time. If you're looking for a quick fix there is nothing that is going to turn you into the big bulky football star overnight. You can always try lot's of protein powder and regular workouts to gain muscle. If you google how to bulk up many things should appear. As for the growing just keep eating and living healthy, and stay away from caffine! It stunts growth):
you may stop increasing in size in your late teens or early 20's but your bones never stop growing they are constantly replacing cells just like the rest of your body.
i heard the brow never stops growing ...
