There is one commentator who does use this saying a fair bit. So what is a round house right &what does it really mean?

I always understood it to be a rucking term, when a ruckman "inadvertently" has a wild swing at the ball at a throw-in or bounce and his hand/fist "inadvertently" connects with the head of his opposite number.

an item than has practically disappeared from our game, a haymaker thrown more in frustration than in a genuine attempt at striking. a punch that tends to miss more than it connects. practically umpired out of our game now, but still appears on the odd occasion
