Okay I'm 19 and I was wounding if I can play flag football it be something new to try and I would be a rookie but I know it be fun. Plz help if there's like any way

If you are in college, there are many options. There is a good chance there is intramural flag football, if not you can try to get one started. Make sure everyone is as committed as you, either deem it recreational or competitive, to make sure you get the right type of people.
