How to keep fit in the off season(AFL)?

Hi guys, im about 52 KG im a ruck man very strong build playing AFL footy im from australia and im about 168cm im pretty tall and i dont have much access with jym equipment. Cross train cobber. Do cycling, cricket or other sports. Go for runs. Get involved in AFL9's. I'm doing that and it good fun. Footy except contact. Good fitness and great fun. Check out their website to get involved:

You should do a few bicep curls using stubbies. Also consider pushups with the aid of a spotter (preferably a young female positioned underneath you). And when you have little time or access to those resources then I suggest you strengthen your wrists using the equipment that mother nature endowed you with. Think of it as hand-balling practice.

push ups, running, sit ups, buy some dumbells and do curls, swimming, cycling
