Professional athletes are entertainers, and like actors and musicians they get what they can, and when team owners are willing to pay them enormous sums of money it is non of our business.
If you and others do not support these teams then the money will dry up.
Cuz entertainment is what all people want. Its kind of a give and take thing, you give money, they take it and give you entertainment. Money controls everything,to be honest(tbh), is because of society. If money destroys mother nature, then we can use money to stop it. Fire with fire.
Two reasons:
They generate more revenue than heart surgeons. And their actual career averages less than ten years.
They should do it for free. they should just get a home with land and food that's it ! They are selfish. money is the root of all evil !
