kay and im a girl and my parents say that i would have no space to do it but i would cause our garden is real big and im not gonna be like a tomboy i probably will end up putting one direction stickeers on my helmet and hearts and unicorns and unicorns are awesome so should i get one or not cause i know where i can get good ones for like ten pounds thnx

Go for it :) If you get a ten pound board it would be for learning only. Don't do tricks and they are good for starting out but within a month i wanted a better board so i can be pro etc. and do tricks. So i was soon spending £50 on a complete board and then more and more money on changing the parts to suit me. So if you do get into it be prepared to upgrade because a £10 board will break eventually.

I'm not british, so let me clarify: If you mean a garden, as in covered in grass and plants, then I wouldn't skateboard there at all. If you mean concrete, then I don't think that it's a terrible idea. Although you run the risk of smacking your face or a tooth, which might steer you away, it's decent fun. If you really like skateboarding, then go for it.

Skating is great, so if you feel as though you have the determination to stick with it then I see no reason not to get one. You will need a decent amount of space though once you've gone through the basics of skating. :)

Go for it, just make sure you're getting a quality skate board and your not wasting your time
