federal .22lr value pack (off the top of my head)
36 gr copper plated hp, 1260 fps 125 ft-lb energy
winchester .22 wmr (from the box)
40 gr copper jacketed hp, 2000 fps 324 ft-lb energy
ok a bit more than double. .22 wmr is sorta like a 9mm round but with a .22 bullet instead of a heavier fatter .355 bullet.
Depends on the length of the barrel. Out of 2", not much different. 6" about 50%, 18" could more than double, but a lot depends on the load.
