Wing chun or Boxing?

Which one is more practical?

Wing Chun is self defense, Boxing is fighting.

Wing Chun, no doubt about it.

I've done both. I generally recommend boxing. A lot of Wing Chun training that I see, and have even done, works on a paradigm you're not likely to face too often. The training methods (lack of hard sparring, mostly) also makes translating the skills to a live-fire environment difficult. Wing Chun, no doubt, has a broader curriculum that includes kicks, elbow strikes, eye jabs, etc., but while Wing Chun will teach you fighting techniques, boxing will teach you how to FIGHT.

Despite the fact that boxing is a great style and can be very harmful, but Wing Chun is more wide and harmonic so you can manage yourself in any position such as wrestling, boxing, kicking, while you're locked and so on. It gives you more power with no necessarily too much physical advantages.

It depends on how you do if you mastered it

but i would prefer Wing Chun because of fast reflex moves and proper ways to punch
