If you are talking about WWE, then it is in no way better than MMA or Boxing since it's fake. I do boxing and I've been doing it for about half a year. Pro Wrestling is not better than MMA in my opinion. MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts which includes a bit of everything. Pro Wrestling might be better than MMA since it's more simple and Boxing is the simplest, again, this is all my opinion.

I'd say that pro wrestling is not as good as either because it is scripted
