Will i come in a class of people from my age or kids from 5 or something?

It really depends on the school. Some school may break down the training by age and or rank. Other schools do not. You have to visit the school to see if it is a good place for you. There are schools that do not allow 5 years to begin training.

Depends entirely on the quality of the school and teacher.

If you find a good school you'll be in a class where you'll get good training.

If you find a bad school, well, no matter what the style Hi's answer pretty much sums it up.

start stretching your legs now and doing some aerobics so you wont be so sore you first time that you wont want to come back, and dont over do it first few nights,just kick lightly.
