Yes, they do some weird stuff but its not horrible. The first time it might be uncomfortable but he next time it is ok. Im a male so I know that they make you do diffrent walks and then they cup their hand on your balls and ask you to cough. They don't look, well mine didnt, and and can be embarrassing but its not horrible.
If you do not do a full physical with your doctor, they will not look at your "junk". They just test your muscles. It is like a regular doctors visit.
Well that is part of a physical. Get touched and told to cough...those cold hands...
They usually test some parts so get ready for that
they just get your weight and height and ask about your menstrual cycle and ask about allergies and if you have trouble breathing and look at your spine and do light exercises. but it might be different for guys
