depends how badly you want it
if you really want it then make sure you train very hard and give everything you got
Good luck :)
Start training at least 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week.
If you can do that for months and months and months on end then you can START to think about the Olympics.
For every athlete that gets to the Olympics literally THOUSANDS who have tried have failed. The difference is commitment and raw talent.

It depends on your skill level, I've played football for 8 years now and i know I'm not talented enough to play D1 football and go on to the pros, while I''ve known people who started playing football in high school and are getting recruted by colleges with only a couple years of experience. If you win all of your meets and devote your life to training, you may have a shot, otherwise no sorry.
the funny thing about people who hopelessly think they actually have a shot in swimming or track is that they either suck or they dont even put down their times or even the distance they run or swim. at least you started at a reasonable age so who knows?
50% if you become one of the bests in your state you might get noticed.

The 2012 Olympics have given me the urge to make it to the Olympics, so what do you think my chances are of me being in the 2016 or the 2020 Olympics? Please be honest. Thank you!!!!!!
