The most important thing is to get each phase about the same distance.
If your first phase is too long then the second phase will be too short.
Most people jump too far in their first phase and go too high which causes them to collapse on landing and not be able to transition into the second phase.
Remember you should run off the first landing it is not jump, land, recover, and jump again.
You need to build up your leg strength so you can jump farther

so im 15 and can triple jump around 12 meters i am trying to get to around 12.80-13 by middle of feb or a major comp any tips?
