How do you do a cartwheel?

I don't know how to. I have to do it for wrestling and I need help.

First pick a dominant foot (if you dont know already, its most likely the foot on the side your write with)

Put that foot out in front of you and put your hands above your head

Then bend your front leg into a high lunge position and put your dominante hand(or same side as the front foot) down about 6 inches away from your front foot.

Then push off the ground and place your other hand down next to the first hand.

Now snap your legs down, one at a time, and stand! You did it!

Repeat these steps at an increasing pace to get up to speed of a normal cartwheel. It will take practive but dont give up!

When you do a cartwheel, you prettymuch kick into a sideways handstand and keep your feet going over your head. But why do you have to do a cartwheel for wrestling? Lol seriously

I can't seem to do at, I feel that my arms are too weak, and ill fall on my back or head on the hard ground. (Now that its winter I can say cold hard ground)How do I stay upright the whole time?

Put your arms up. Place them on the ground in front or to the side of you. Kick your legs over....Land?
