Should I train the day before a fight?

How about you just not fight him in the first place. Seriously, fighting is no good, trust me. Especially fights you might not win; I mean, you've only been training a few months.

I'm not gonna lie, bullies suck. The best thing you should do is avoid him. Just because he asks you to fight doesn't mean you have to. Be the better person and walk away.

I can tell you this though, if he attacks you first, kick/hit him in the groin, or punch him in the nose or solar. Then leave. Again, stay safe, be the better person, and walk away.

You've posted almost the same question up on YA already, but again I feel the same way. I would advise you not to get in this fight, there are many ways you can apprehend the bully other than fighting. These ways are also a lot less risky, and you probably won't get in trouble, as fighting in school no matter what the reason is usually a bad thing. I am sure there are other categories/sections here on YA that could help you out with dealing with this bully WITHOUT a fight.

Oh come on. "They can't do it without proof". I wonder how much kids has been bullied for there to "Not" be proof.

Doesn't schools also have security cameras?

Edit: Why can't you just stay out of his sight if you're scared.

yes but not alot alittle you don't want to be soar. just throw a few punches so you could work those mucles but dont throw to many. also practice leaning foward when you punch so it can hurt him more. watch fights on youtube and search up how to knock someone out on youtube. also dont get beat up tell me how it went by picking me best answer.

So this teenager has been bullying me all summer. We go to school together. The school and the police cannot do anything without proof. I'm basically on my own. At any given moment at school he can fight me. I want to be able to defend myself. I have trained all summer long. Should I workout the day before he fights me?
