Though I agree that it was a poor choice, I also think that the remaining members of Queen should've learned to stop 'milking it' many years ago. The vast majority of other bands would've opted to 'disband' following the death of their singer rather than attempt to Tour under the same name in future with various stand-ins.
Urgh. I'm not even a Queen fan, but can see why they get worked up about shoddy covers/collaborations. Just stop altogether, the good material's already been consigned to record/cd/etc.
She has a great voice, one of the very few singers from thissss generation who can sing live but she did not fit in well with Queen and she ruined the song in my opinion. Could've been more epic if they chose a better person. I agree with you, Queen is on a whole other level compared to Jessie J.
I think Jessie did well, she's a wonderful singer.
Muse blew everyone out of the water though. In fact, Matt Bellamy would have been the best replacement for Freddie Mercury.

Loved Queen, didn't like Jesse J at all. She didn't sing, more of a screech!
I thought she did well. But, having never succumbed to the charms of Queen, I guess I'm never going to manage OUTRAGE.
She's got a fantastic voice; her problem is that she feels the need to keep demonstrating that she's got a fantastic voice.
Putting it nicely, i think they could have picked a better artist to perform with them.
I respect Jessie J though, and she tried. I agree.
