Both the answers given are correct - all I can add is the IOC meet next year to select the 2020 host city. Favourites are Madrid with Istanbul in the running. However, the big question will be - who will choose Turkey's bid with some voters already declaring their intention to not vote for Istanbul owing to some nations threatening to boycott the games if they win the bid..
