Need help cutting weight?

Dude you're going to feel like crap on the day of the fight and you're most likely going to lose because of it. Run, try and get into a sauna, try and lose a lot of water weight. I guess that's the easiest to lose. But I'm telling you right now, this is a bad idea.

First of all, this belongs in diet and fitness, but since I used to answer that section, I will answer it here.

All cutting 30lbs in 6 days will do is screw up your body into thinking it constantly has to loose that much. Thats if you could even do that. I don't think it is possible. You would get the crap beat out of you in the fight if you did do that. This is very foolish and people need to stop cutting weight. It doesn't work and if it did you would pay the price by your 30's

(edit) @? (your name doesn't show up for some reason) yea don't drink water, which is over 80 percent of what we are. Good way to get dehydrated, pass out during a fight and in the long run get kidney stones.

You see steve, this is why you ask this question in diet and fitness. People will tell you to dehydrate yourself!

Why don't you keep yourself closer to fight weight? That would of been easier on your system and you wont beat the piss out of you. Oh i forgot your not drinking fluids. Such a fool you have to lose 30 lbs in 5 days

That's a total of 30 pounds in 6 days! That's crazy! Aren't you afraid you'll keel over during the fight? I can't imagine you'd be your best with this kind of stress to your body. I don't think you can do it safely. Got another option, like a higher weight class?

Dr. Oz or exercising like running

There is a way,you must know 80% of body weight is water,U will have to reduce all fluid intake including water,but it can have serious health affects,if I were U,I wouldn't have fought

cardio and cardio but i wanna tell you east secret,, fasting and fasting cause most martial arts in east did, excercising and fasting

Basically I took a fight at the last moment and I have to weigh 265 by Friday night. I started my cut Sunday at 295 now I'm down to 286. I have 2 more sessions til weigh ins where I lose 4-6 lbs. I need some advice to lose the rest I don't have access to a bathtub or a sauna but I can make a really hot steam room in the bathroom please help! Thanks!
