Paintball, skateboarding and... Wait for it... Ice hockey.
Think about it. You're standing on 1/8 inch thick blades on solid, slippery ice, while having to maintain balance and control while going quickly. There are also huge, broad-shouldered 5 to 6 foot opponents trying to check you and steal a pick from you with a hockey stick that can hurt if hit where there's no padding. I'd say it's pretty extreme.
