It depends on the levels of determination for either. Both need strength and flexibility but it depends on the person doing it.
I am not professional in either (I train mixed martial arts), but tried both as a hobby for short periods, just a few sessions of each. While gymnastics need skill and flexibility more than power, and it is not possible to compare flexibility in one sport with power or endurance in other sport, I suppose that you mean just to compare strength aspect of them . I think parallel bars, pommel horse, and Still Rings, specially Still Rings, are MUCH more difficult.
Gymnastics. People in gymnastics will likely have the strength to rock-climb, but you won't see a rock-climber doing a back handspring on a balance beam or a jaeger on bars.
Already answered this once. You cannot compare the 2 they are totally different sports.
You need to expand your question much more as to what exactly you find hard. LEARNING the sport, PARTICIPATING in it, or the STRENGTH needed to do them...Or what?????
gymnastics
i think gymnastics is harder.
