You just gotta keep practicing. I recommend doing them every other day. Just try to do at least one more than you did before each time you practice.
I'm 17 too. Last year I could only 30 push-ups. Now I can actually do thousands in a day, but it's not all at once. Just add on a little each time.
Do pull ups slow, pull ups use the back and traps so try and do more back lifts. For push ups you could try doing lifts like bench and incline on a regular basis. Also do 50 push-ups before bed and after! This should increase it. Eat healthy too.
Do the exercises. very the pace. one day do them slow another do them moderate than fast than do them very slow here it take more than 10 secs to do a push up, etc. Don't worry abt how long it takes you to do them. also do the variations of those exercises so your body doesn't adapt easily to that particular exercise. Variation is key. also vary the reps as well.
