You wouldn't be the first, there have been plenty of Olympic and world record holding white men. There was even a white sprinter in the finals of the London Olympics. He choose not to run the 100, just the 200 but he made the final of the 100 in the World championships in 2011. So yes, it is possible.
There are some elite white sprinters, and years ago white men did have the world sprint records.
If you reach your goals you would not be the first.

when i look at the pro sprinters i see they are mainly of darker skin. I have potential i know everyone tells me. I want to be the fastest man alive. The first white man to do so. Is this possible?
