Im age 15 how much should i weigh?

Whether or not your a healthy weight or not is not actually to with age it's based on your height as you seem to know. Below is a link to the NHS (National Health Service) height to weight chart. Hopefully that will help but remember not to get too worried about weight when it comes to combat sport. I'm sure your doing lots of exercise of its anything like boxing. As long as your eating well enough you should be fine. Don't worry about going on a diet as such as I don't think that's necessary. If though you wish to do so or are concerned about your weight you should speak to your doctor for some reliable advice. God Bless

Hi, I'm 13 now and Im around your height and weigh around 60-65 kilo. I'm sure 72 is a good weight for your age. It sounds kinda stupid. I'm giving answers to an older person but I have skinny friends that are only 30-40 kilos. Don't worry mate. Your in that growing stage. Your height will catch up with your weight.

According to your Body Mass Index (BMI), for your height (1.7m): your healthy range is between 53 - 72 kg. So you are just within the healthy range as recommended by the Heart Foundation (ref: http://www.heartfoundation.org.au/health...

Note this BMI measurement doesn't take into account your age or you're level of activity, so this might influence your ideal range slightly. In any case I would recommend consulting a trained health professional such as your GP.

I guess youre a girl

Weight doesnt matter that much when it comes to kicking, and it depends on muscles and bone structure, and you are a bit heavy compared to the Average but maybe you work out a lot.

If you are a boy Its perfect

That's a good weight
