I really hate exercise and sport?

I am not fat or anything, I am actually very slightly under the average weight. I have a reasonable lifestyle. As I am a teenager, I do not drink or smoke, and I never intend on doing so. My diet is pretty good, obviously there is one or two improvements in it but overall, it is pretty good. I live in the country so there's little pollution.

One thing I really hate with a passion is exercise and sports.

I love pretty much every subject in school, but when it comes to PE I really really hate it. I am not very fit. I walk 1.1 miles home from school five days a week and do 1hr and 40m PE lessons once a week and that's about all the exercise I do. Whenever I come home from school, it is the holidays or the weekend, I sit endless hours either gaming or on my computer.

I really cannot enjoy exercising at all. I don't know how athletes and body builders can put up with that much exercise. The thought of exercising is really boring and there is so many better things I could be doing instead of exercise. I do not have any form of motivation. The only reason I can is the fact that it will improve my lifestyle.

So, basically, what can I do? How can I motivate myself or generally make myself exercise? Unfortunately, I am aware that a lot of people on this site try and find some hate to throw at you, no matter what the question is, so if you feel a hate rant coming on, please don't answer my question.

When schools make sport and exercise that same thing it tends to put people who don't like sports off of doing exercise.

What you need to do is find an activity that involves exercise, but isn't a sport.

People who like bird watching, study insects, fungi or other natural history related interests get quite a lot of exercise as a result of these activities, but the exercise is just incidental to the activity.

There are plenty of other things you can do that are not sports, like various types of dance, yoga, pilates etc.

These are just a few ideas, there are many other activities and hobbies that can provide you with something interesting to do and get exercise at the same time.

Everyone hates something at school, you can't like everything.

You want to feel more motivated when playing sports? You could try to ask your PE teacher about it.

Omg ur exactly like me idrk wht u can do but i somehow just push my self or think tht im in the olympics n im gna win a gold medal which makes me think if it was true i wouldnt want any athlete seeing do pe like this
