Oh my gosh girl my coach gave me a uniform 2 sizes too small last year and I now how you feel. What I did was got up in the morning and walked for about and hour and I did the same in the evening. I only ate fruits, vegetables, hard boiled eggs, and wheat toast.(because you have to get carbs from some where) if the time passes and you still feel awkward. what I did was a took my skirt and unstitched it at the waist line and put some elastic so I didn't have a muffin top. I don't know if your top is long or not but honestly I bought spanxs and wore it underneath.(no one knew a thing). Good Luck! but do NOT starve yourself that never works. you can also throw in some crunches, leg lift, laterals, and abdominal exercises. another good work out is swimming if you have a pool do some laps every morning. hope you feel good about your uniform in a couple weeks! and have fun at camp:)
you shouldnt be worried about your weight . as long as ur stomachs nt popping out ur top. just make ur hair cutee & put a little makeup on im sure youll be fine
