How to balance your trainings?

Maybe he just eats a lot. ...and if that does not give you mass then there are growth hormones and steroids to help too. ...but he is right, heavy weights will cost you speed. Now you have to decide, looking good (big muscles) or speed. Which is more important?

The first step to knowing something is to ask the right question. The second step is to ask the right question to the right person. I suggest that you take this into a fitness section of Yahoo to know the little bits and pieces of weightlifting and how different workouts and weights accomplish what.

Personally I felt that if you work out well and work technique, you won't need much additional weight lifting if any at all. I might lift weights a few months before I cave spelunk but I NEVER lift weights for martial arts.

Are you talking about Big muscles? Well if so then it's easy. Do some lifting(Possibly 20 pounds). And search for a diet for muscles on google.

no asda no no

I was interested in Michael Jai White workout and i found his interview somewhere on internet where he said that he doesn't lift heavy weights,he only works with light weights so that his speed remains. But i don't really believe that working with light weights can give such mass to a person. So i was wondering if anyone knows any tips or secrets for that kind of workout... maybe it is more possible to work with heavy weights and on other days just work on your hand speed with shadowboxing and do stretching exercises... something like that?
